By downloading, installing, or using Speedy Transfer ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
2. License
IAM_DEV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Windows devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Application to transfer files and messages between devices on your local network. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Application to:
- Transfer content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
- Use the Application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Application or associated systems
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including loss of data.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Application processes all data locally and does not transmit personal data to external servers.
8. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
